LOCATION: EASY TO GET TO. IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE.

Central to both the East and West coasts, Keystone sits at the base of the Continental Divide on seven beautiful miles in the Snake River Valley, surrounded by the White River National Forest. Accessing Keystone is convenient for all travelers, as we are located just off I-70. The Resort is a quick 90-minute drive from Denver International Airport (DIA), and approximately 70 miles from Downtown Denver.

Colorado Mountain Express

Getting to and from Denver International Airport is a breeze. Colorado Mountain Express provides shuttle service on a frequent schedule to and from the airport and will take you directly to your accommodations in a comfortable and timely fashion. CME suits the needs of your entire group, with both shared-ride shuttles and private vehicles. As part of the Vail Resort's family, Keystone's Conference Services team can assist with transportation via CME.

Car Rental

Hertz is a proud partner of Vail Resorts and offers discounted rates to all guests of Keystone Resort and the Conference Center. Conference attendees can take advantage of these discounts through Keystone Reservations.

Year-Round Activities & Events

Keystone's range of activities and events brings out the playful kid in all of us. Whether you want to slow down and pamper yourself with at our full-service, world-class spa; explore the Rocky Mountains with miles of hiking, biking and ski trails; or customize an activity all together, we have you covered. Our Group Sales & Services teams will help plan group activities to ensure everyone has an amazing time in our mountain playground. 

Summer 

Guests can enjoy golf on one of our two championship golf courses, awe-inspiring hikes, a horeseback or wagon trail ride at the Keystone Ranch, fly-fishing, white-water rafting or a scenic lift ride to the top of the mountain at nearly 12,000 feet. 

Fall 

Signature activities include hiking in the mountains as the aspens turn bright gold, biking or kayaking around the lake, or a relaxing treatment at the Keystone Spa. Winter Your group can explore 3,000 acres of ski and snowboard terrain, share snow cat and sleigh rides, take a wild trip down our tubing hill, snowshoe in the White River National Forest or unwind by a cozy fireplace. 

Spring 

Enjoy the best of each season with spring skiing and snowboarding, going on a hike or snowshoe adventure, or even just enjoying the mountain sun on one of our many patios for happy hour. 

With breathtaking mountain vistas, 300 days of sunshine per year and activities to entertain any group, it doesn't take much to create memorable experience at Keystone.

Dining Options For Every Appetite

From breakfast buffets to keynote feasts, and chocolate centerpieces to ice sculptures, our dedicated conference center kitchen is equipped to produce amazing meals to satisfy any group and any appetite. 

Outside the conference center, Keystone offers more than 25 dining venues that range from easy grab-and-go meals to five-star dining.

Keystone offers some of the most unique dining experiences the West has to offer. Host a special night of celebration or an awards banquet at the Bavarian-style Der Fondue Chessel or the AAA Four Diamond Alpenglow Stube. Both options start with a gondola ride to get the full experience out of high-altitude dining. 

For an unforgettable, true western adventure, hop aboard a horse-drawn sleigh or wagon ride beneath the stars, journeying to a rustic homestead for a delicious home-cooked meal and entertainment. 

Or, travel back in time while dining at the Ski Tip Lodge. Originally an 1880s stagecoach stop, the lodge has been turned into an upscale mountain inn now serving thoughtfully crafted cuisine.

International Travel Information

IEEE IFCS-ISAF 2020 welcomes visitors from around the world. We have compiled a list of resources to help make your travel and show experience as convenient and successful as possible.

Letter of Invitation

A letter of invitation is provided only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require an invitation letter please contact the conference organizers via email. The letter will be provided by email.

The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you wish to attend IEEE IFCS-ISAF 2020. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting an invitation letter.
